Mr. Frazer came to Buchholz High School in 1997, after concluding a successful career on Wall Street. Mr. Frazer founded the Buchholz math team in 1998, and led the team to its first state championship in 2005. Mr. Frazer earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida in 1980. Mr. Frazer coaches the Mu and Theta Teams and teaches Algebra 2 team, Geometry team, Calculus Team, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP Microeconomics, and AP Macroeconomics at Buchholz.
Mr. Lu came to Buchholz High School in 2007 after earning his master’s degree in computer science at the University of Illinois. Mr. Lu coaches the Alpha division and teaches Algebra 2 honors, Precalc team, and AP Computer Science A at Buchholz.
Mrs. Frazer started working at Buchholz High School as a Guidance Counselor in 2000 after earning her Master of Education and Education Specialist degrees at UF. She is currently the Database Manager in charge of registration and scheduling at Buchholz and she also oversees the middle school math program.
Mr. Fayiga came to Buchholz in the fall of 2003. He had relocated from Nigeria two years earlier. He has his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Environmental Engineering from Galilee College, Israel. He teaches Math for College Readiness and Financial Algebra at Buchholz. He helps with some of the logistics of the Math Team.
